Nuance EX

Multispectral microscopy from VIS to NIR

The Nuance EX multispectral imaging system allows samples to be imaged along a very wide multispectral range from 450 to 950 nm. Most chromagens and fluorophores emit within this range, allowing for in vivo or ex vivo imaging of near-infrared (NIR) fluorophores. The Nuance EX system can be used for both chromogenic or fluorescence-based imaging; however, the Nuance FX may be better suited for certain chromogenic applications. The spectral bandwidth is adjustable for sensitivity or throughput with no moving parts, and has been optimized for NIR applications.

Nuance software incorporates powerful unmixing and analysis algorithms, as well as easy-to-use tools for building your own spectral libraries for repetitive use. View software clips to learn more about how Nuance captures, unmixes and quantitates. Nuance is now compatible with Molecular Devices’ MetaMorph™.
