CRi's multispectral unmixing approach represents a dramatic development in fluorescence microscopy. Not only does it allow the use and detection of many molecular labels simultaneously, but by removing the confounding effects of autofluorescence, it can provide up to a 300-fold increase in sensitivity, often rescuing seemingly unusable images and providing more quantitative data. In pre-clinical small-animal imaging, this equates to being able to detect and track tumor growth at a much earlier stage than previously possible.
CRi also offers a full suite of digital pathology products. Scan slides on your desktop with a compact, brightfield-only system or in the lab with high-speed, high-volume automated scanners that offer the benefits of both brightfield and fluorescence in the same instrument.
